წინამდებარე ნაშრომში განხილულია საქართველოს მონაწილეობით დადებულ ორმხრივ საინვესტიციო შეთანხმებებში კორპორაციათა სოციალური პასუხისმგებლობის ინტეგრაციის პერსპექტივები. ორმხრივ საინვესტიციო ხელშეკრულებებს ტრადიციულ მოდელში თან სდევს ასიმეტრიული ხასიათი, რამდენადაც ცალმხრივად ფოკუსირებულია უცხოელ ინვესტორთა უფლებებზე, ხოლო მათი ვალდებულებები, რაც გარემოს თუ ადამიანის უფლებათა დაცვით ან სოციალურ მიზნებს შეეხება, ხშირად უგულებელყოფილი იყო. ბოლოდროინდელი საერთაშორისო ტენდენციები ცხადყოფენ ამ საერთაშორისო პრაქტიკის ეტაპობრივ ცვლილებას და ხელს უწყობენ პასუხისმგებლიანი ბიზნესის ქცევის უზრუნველყოფას. საქართველო ამ გლობალური ტენდენციის ნაწილი 2024 წელს უნგრეთთან დადებული ორმხრივი საინვესტიციო შეთანხმების შედეგად გახდა, რომელიც კორპორაციათა სოციალური პასუხისმგებლობის პრინციპებზე ღიად მიუთითებდა. ეს მნიშვნელოვანი წინგადადგმული ნაბიჯია. მოცემულ ნაშრომში განმარტებულია დაბალანსებული მოდელის არსებობის მნიშვნელობა და მიღწევის საშუალებები, რომლებიც არც იმდენად მკაცრი იქნება, რომ ხელშემშლელი ფაქტორი აღმოჩნდეს უცხოური ინვესტიციების განხორციელების პროცესში, მაგრამ, ამავე დროს, ექნება უფრო რეალური დატვირთვა, ვიდრე სიმბოლურ მინიშნებებს გააჩნია.
